Empowering Youth and Elevating Communities

At 365 We Thrive, we empower youth ages 9–24 and strengthen the families that support them through leadership development, economic mobility pathways, violence prevention, and coordinated social support services that address the social determinants shaping health, education, and long-term stability.

We believe lasting change begins with equitable access to opportunity, stability, and support. By addressing the social determinants that shape health and economic outcomes, we strengthen not only individual lives but the broader ecosystem of community vitality. Our approach centers on connection, accountability, and sustainable pathways that allow youth and families to truly thrive.

Currently, 365 We Thrive NFP serves as a community-centered hub and outreach-driven organization supporting youth and families across Chicago’s South Side — including Auburn Gresham, Englewood, Roseland, and Woodlawn — and extending into Southland communities through our Dolton-based hub.

Mission Possible

365 We Thrive NFP is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to community stability. We are dedicated to shaping thriving communities by providing tools focused on healthy habits, violence prevention, community impact, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. While our core programs focus on youth aged 9-24, our reach expands to their families through our other services, including Community Healing and Stability Pathways (CHSP). We believe that providing protective factors through wraparound services for the family unit, bridges the gap between crisis and consistency.

Deeply rooted at the heart of our mission is elevating communities. We nurture these efforts through an evidence-based and community-informed ELEVATE & THRIVE framework supported by care plans, workshops and resources to enhance components of the social determinants of health. We believe in corporate engagement and connect with organizations that support our mission, expand our reach, and believe in providing equitable services to elevate communities.

365 We Thrive empowers youth ages 9–24 and their families through our four pillars: BeWell, Career Explore, Entrepreneur Incubator, and Project Community.

In addition to our youth programs, we also provide wraparound support services for people of all ages, including wellness circles, financial literacy workshops, life-skills sessions, reentry strategies, workforce referrals, community events, and family support to uplift the community as a whole.

Together, these services help create healthier, safer, and more connected communities, 365 days a year.
