Support Services for all Ages

Currently, 365 Impact Hub offers programs to youth and adults through wraparound services and events that support the needs of the community. Our solutions provide pathways to economics development and violence prevention through workshops that serve individuals in many areas, including financial literacy, housing and employment referrals, apprenticeships, trauma informed case management, and community focused initiatives. Key areas: public health, food nutrition, transitional housing, workforce, re-entry support, recovery support and mental health. Contact us for help!
