In today's fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected from the struggles right outside our door. But here at 365 We Thrive, we believe in the collective power of community support and kindness. We are a 501c3 public charity built on the conviction that every youth, every family, and every community deserves a real chance to succeed.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to minimize the hurdles of life factors that hold people back. We do this through dynamic programming focused on areas that span youth empowerment, healthy habits, violence prevention, parent education, career development and financial literacy and community vitality support services. With the help of generous friends and neighbors like you, we are working year-round to build stronger, healthier lives.

Where Your Support Shines: Our First Year's Impact

As we reflect on our first year, we’re excited to share the tangible, transformative impact made possible by your belief in our mission. We didn't just meet needs; we restored dignity and hope:

• Tools for Success: We successfully provided over 250 youth with essential school supplies, ensuring they had the basic tools needed to thrive academically.

• Warmth and Health: Recognizing the urgent need during Chicago's harsh winters, we provided 120 coats, helping families stay warm and healthy.

• Restoring Dignity: At our food giveaway, we fed 100 hungry youth and their families, offering sustenance and stability.

• Fostering Safety: We tackled conflict head-on, mediating conflicts for 30 young individuals to foster a safer community and prevent violence before it starts.

• Upcoming Toy Drive/Holiday Giveaway December 22: Give what you are able. We are accepting new toys, electronic devices, gift certificates, and monetary donations

Devon’s Story: The Ripple Effect of Hope

Sometimes, the impact of a program is best measured by the transformation in a single life. Meet Devon, a young man who started with our Elevate and Thrive programming this fall.

When Devon first joined our programming, he was quiet and hesitant, especially about his schoolwork. We introduced him to programming and tech skills, and something clicked. We’ve seen a tremendous growth in his confidence, his engagement in class discussions, and his grades. Now, Devon isn’t just thriving in his own life; he’s giving back. He recently stepped up to volunteer, completing community service hours with enthusiasm.

Devon's story is proof: When you invest in a young person with tools and mentorship, they don't just succeed—they become leaders.
