Get To Know Us
At 365 We Thrive we are changemakers, aiming to help shape better communities. Through research and lived experience, it has become obvious to us that our work is crucial in these hard economic times. Currently, we offer programs to youth and adults through wraparound services to support the needs of the community. Our holistic solutions provide pathways to economics development and violence prevention through cohorts, workshops and events that help connect individuals to support services including financial literacy, workforce preparation and entrepreneurial strategies, college connections, apprenticeships, and community focused initiatives in key areas: public health, food nutrition, transitional housing, recovery support and mental health.
Mission
To empower youth, ages 9-24, by providing resources and activities to enhance the social well-being of communities by addressing social determinants that contribute to disparities in health, education and socio-economic outcomes.
Vision
To cultivate thriving communities where youth and young adults, empowered by our programs, achieve success through progressive pathways to community vitality, violence prevention, championed leadership, and socio-economic development… ultimately elevating communities.
What Inspires Us

Values
Our Values Spell I EC-SEID = I EXCEED !!
Integrity, Empowerment, Community, Sustainability, Equity, Innovation, Development
Our values define our culture and guide every touchpoint with youth and families.
While our core focus is youth ages 9–24, 365 We Thrive strengthens entire communities through holistic wraparound support services.
These services include wellness and mental health programming, financial empowerment sessions, life-skills workshops, family engagement opportunities, and community-based events that address the social determinants impacting health, safety, education, and economic stability.
All wraparound services are available to youth, families, adults, and community members, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources and support needed to thrive.
We believe lasting change happens when the whole community is supported—and our wraparound approach helps build the relationships, skills, and opportunities that create long-term transformation.

Our strength lies in our individuality and perseverance. Inspired by Cassandra Olivier and Jasmine Tate, Team365 leverages top tier talent from relevant fields, who are positioned to provide the most impact. Each board member of 365WeThrive resided on the south side of Chicago as youth, living through adversities and disparities. Our ability to overcome challenges can be credited to individual changemakers who cared, and wanted to see us win. This is what inspires each member of Team365 to be committed to providing the same support to youth and families today.
